Imazing walking back into the past.Spent a lot of time at the Jade in the 80's

Hands down best chicken fried rice I’ve ever had real white meat chicken real shrimp fully cooked the fried rice was perfection I would’ve had a picture of the food but I ate ever bit of it . Unfortunately if you don’t live in ME you won’t be able to get any I’m from MD and was lucky enough to enjoy a meal before I departed.

The food was quite good considering we got there late and had the last end of the buffet. But the washroom was like walking into an outhouse. I'm glade I at first. On a good note, the service was very good.

I've been going to the Jade Palace since they opened up. I don't live near bye any more but to this day every Chinese restaurant I go to I compare to Jade. It the restaurant that introduced me to Chinese food. So how could I not give it 5 stars! I went back today for a visit and yet again I had a great meal and a great experience. I love their rice and they do a great job with their meats and egg rolls. If you're in northern Maine and want some great Chinese food I highly recommend the Jade Palace.

Great food, great fun and awesome times

I may be biased because I grew up in Caribou with Jade Palace food, but I still think it's the best. I have not found its equal anywhere else. Not a super fancy interior, and the restrooms really need renovation, but the food is awesome!

Great Buffet and good food

Jade Palace is a great place to eat. The owners are friendly and great to talk with. The food is always great! Customer service is beyond compare.

Decent food. Not expensive.

This place is hands down the best Chinese restaurant I've been to. I should also mention I've been to a lot of them. In this state and others. There food is absolutely amazing. There drinks are also excellent. If your hungry definitely check it out. They have a full bar too. If your not into Chinese food they also have some really good American food as well so the picky one will also be happy.

The food was served fast, hot and delicious! Our waitress Tomis was fantastic! She made sure we had everything we needed throughout the Dinner! THANK YOU for making our meal there memorable! We will see you again! we also met the owner who has owned this place for 38 years as we were walking out and he was very friendly and very appreciative! Keep up the great job! Kevin & Tammy!

Great Chinese food with a lot of choices on their Sunday buffet.

Have been out of the area for 5+ years & was so pleased to see favorite waitress still there. Now for 16 years! Food is still excellent and wonderfully hot & flavorful. A fantastic comfort on a cool damp Spring day!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER GENERAL TSO. AND EVRY SINGLE TIME THE CHICKEN IS CHEWT AND FIBERY AND I SPIT EVERY BITE OUT AFTER I CHEW THE JUICE FROM IT EVERY TIME ORDERED I ALWAYS HOPED THAT IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT BUT APPARENTLY NOT THE STATE OF THE CHICKEN JUST TELLS ME IT BEEN SITTING OUT OR GOT FREEZER BITE !SAD :(

The food has been consistent for as long as I can remember. At least 35 years. The atmosphere could use a major update.

Very good and affordable

Placed an order for beef and broccoli and crab Rangoon for pick up. I went and picked it up but when I got home I found out they had given mr the wrong order.i called to let them know and they told me to come back and they would fix the problem. I went back and they had the beef broccoli Ready but Sid not remake the crab Rangoon. So I asked if I could get some fresh made. The girl from the from said no problem took the food I returned to the back. Less than 2 minutes latter the manager came out with a bag of what he said was a fresh order. When I got back home and started eating the food I noticed it was not hot. What I believe he did is that after I called them they knew that they had a mistake and kept the beef broccoli I had originally ordered and gave it to me 40 minutes latter when I returned to get my fresh food and rebagged the old crab Rangoon. Reusing returned food is a health hazard and I will never eat here again.

Amazing food! We were greeted immediately and sat down. Ordered and food came out quick. Food was delicious! Will be back for sure. Waitresses was awesome as well.

Very disappointed... they served a meal that looked like some vomited in our plate, when we wanted another meal owner said no, and basically told us he would bag meal and we had to pay for it and leave!!! Needless to say we r not going back to that disgusting dump again!!!

You gotta time it right to get it fresh n hot unless you order!

I've eaten there for over 40 years I don't know if they changed owners but the food sucked. It used to be my absolute favorite place to eat!!!!

Always have a good experience with their food itself. The meals are always so filling and flavorful. Very well priced meals too. Last time I had kung pow chicken which was amazing. The restaurant hasn't had a decor update for eons and honestly the restroom could use an update too. The other issue we have had is ordering takeout, where it seems one of our modified orders gets messed up. But in terms of food and quality of meal, always good.

Best Chinese place in Aroostook County, family owned restaurant, and the owners are wonderful people. Buffet has gotten smaller over the years but still has all the favorites. Great space to host meetings or parties too, a spacious partion room makes it feel more private than other places.

A nice and comfortable place to eat. Generous portions. The price is good. The food is what you’d expect at an American Chinese place. The BBQ pork and curry dishes were delicious. Some of the deep fried dishes have a lot of extra flour and grease... But overall it tastes good!

The food is yummy, the staff is friendly and engaged. The atmosphere is unique and the drinks are delicious. Try the Scorpion Bowl.
